Dumbest Looking Pokemon

For me, most of the dumbest looking pokemon are in the 5th generation set. They irk me a lot.

What about you?

I only think two Pokemons look dumb.
Jynx and Mr.Mime.
If gen V counts also Munna and Hihidaruma (Fire monkey and flower thing)

Magmortar looks dumb to me.
They take a perfectly cool pokemon and turn it into a fat thing with weird arms and giant lips. -_-

I think Slowpoke looks dumb, but in a lovable way. Like Patrick or a very happy dog. It has a naive bliss about it.
