Dunno when I'm returning, not because of my own free will...

Wow!! stay safe DT! about in 1968 around then two tornados went through were i live and destoryed half of Sinclarvile!

Dude! Get back safely! Don't let the community lose someone like you!

I hope you safe DT, Tornadoes suck we have like a tornado watch here like every other day but Ive never actually been in one but we were under a warning a couple times, anyway I hope you ok, this years has been the worst year tornafoes wise I thinks theres been about 300-somthing now in the whole US, but again i hope your ok.

I have never lived in an area that had tornadoes, but I've seen enough movies about them to know how destructive they can be, hehe....

I'm sure it'll blow away soon enough. Although there's always that small chance something may happen, there's no point in looking at the bad side. Just keep your spirits up and you're sure to come through. We'll all be waiting for your safe return!

I heard about that storm when my mom was watching the weather channel yesterday. Well I sure hope you stay safe DT! I've never actually been in a situation like that living in CT but we did have a funnel cloud hit once. When I was in 6th grade. But that day I was in Boston with my Italian class so I didn't get to witness the storm...

Well, I managed to return it seems, though I think the tornado hit, but didn't seem to make it over here. It's gotten better now, all we really had was some thunderstorms and high winds, but I was really scared from the major tornado watch O_O. From all the time I've lived in Texas, we haven't had anything like this.

Well, it's good to see that it didn't hit right near your house. =) I remember this one time where I was at my friends house, and we were VERY close to being hit by a tornado. o_o; The sky was covered with pitch black clouds, and it was pouring. Well, luckily it didn't hit, but it was VERY close to. Anyways, yeah, glad you're ok.

Hehe, it was black as night here, puring like crazy, with thunder and everything, the tornado probably hit, but luckily it didn't make it over where I live, guess I can be thankful for that

Wow, that'd be scary to see...but even more frightening is when, instead of turning black, the sky turns green...then you know you've got a tornado on your doorstep. The sky turned lime green here once, but fortunately there was no tornado...but it was frightening, the only memory I have that gives me chills every time I think about it. All the birds suddenly stopped chirping, the wind stopped blowing, and the sky went absolutely green...since we didn't have a basement we got into the car and went to the hospital at 100 MPH so we could go to their basement...that was probably the scariest day of my life...

Oh, and I'm glad everything's ok and that there was no tornado and no power loss DT!

Well it's good that the tornado didn't hit near where you live DT! I probably would've been scared too if I was in a similar situation... but living in CT we don't get a lot of tornados... just that one day I was in Boston. And all that funnel cloud did was knock over powerlines and trees. But I still think it would've been scary. Anyway, glad your safe though!
