Dystopia SU thread

BLASPHEMY!!!!!!!! That's like the eleventh commandment, THOU SHALT NOT COMPARE THE MIZ TO THE AWESOMENESS THAT IS THE ROCK! The 12th is not to compare Cena to any thing worth while. Anyways, the song works.

Anyways, I have some news. We (That is to say, I) have decided how contests are going to work. First, there will be twelve contest halls in total. But you only need five ribbons to get to the Grand Festival. In addition, both the winner and the runner up will recieve a ribbon, but come on, who here wants to go to the Grand Festival with a bunch second place ribbons? XD In addition, contest form will be like in the anime. They will be divided into two rounds. The first rond will be the appeals round. You will be on your own with one pokemon, during which time you will use whatever moves and combinations you think will be cool looking. After everyone has done that, the judge will pick eight of you to move on to round two. Round two is a battle styled appeals round. Here, instead of competeing to knock out your opponent, you have to showcase your own combinations against a living breathing opponent. As the two of you compete to see what is the coolest, but most effective combinations and moves, the judge will tally up style points and at the end of the battle, whoever has the most points moves on. The loser is eliminated. This goes on until there are only two left, who will then follow the same rules as before. Understand?

I agree with Nido here Yagerbomb. A Shroomish would be a suitable Pokemon for you. :D

Name: Marin

Gender: Female

Appearance: Marin is a super fighting robot between 5'7'' and 5'8'', light-medium weight (Not Hollywood's definition of light-medium weight mind you.) and caucassian. (Would seem to be visually of dutch descent. RPer is terrible at recognizing racial traits beyond the absurdly obvious ones.) She sports pure blonde hair hat reaches down to around the bottom of her shoulder blades, which is relatively straight if not a bit messy. In addition, she has bright blue eyes. Marin typically sports shorts, parachute pants, or occasionally blue jeans for bottoms. For tops she typically sports a t-shirt, blouse, or occasionally a tank top. She usually wears tennis shoes and may wear a cap at times, though not often. In formal situations she may wear a dress or a skirt, especially if she's trying to dress to impress. She has a relatively clear complexion with the exception of subtle bags under her eyes from years of sleep deprivation. She also doesn't wear any make-up, most of the time anyway.

Personality: Marin is the biggest Mary Sue ever. a very, very anxious girl trying very, very uard to be calm and logical. The thing being she does a pretty good job of it, resulting in what what seems to be a calm, relaxed, in control person that has plenty of underlying anxiety issues. She is however good enough at controlling herself that it's very difficult to actually overwhelm her with anxiety. One of the few things that manage to accomplish this is any act she perceives as very perverted in nature. The result would be a pseudo prude that freaks out if pushed into an uncomfortable position. Marin suffers from aspergers syndrome, but has been working to improve herself for quite some time, and so it may be difficult to tell without being literally told, after which one might be able to spot subtle symptoms. Marin can tend to be a bit lazy about things she has no interest in, but pours an absurd ammount of brain power and dedication into things she really gets into. In day to day life Marin tends to treat life's problems as reasonably inevitable outside her immediate control over things as a way of coping with her stress and anxiety problems which would otherwise be arguably overwhelming. Her philosophy is to do the best she can and never look back. As a person, Marin is a basement dwelling geeklord who spends her time arranging instrumental music, playing video games, and roleplaying. Perhaps as a direct result of being deprived of it, Marin is very responsive to physical affection and would be deacribed as a cuddlebug. In addition to this Marin emotionally depends a great deal on the love and support of others, and will suffer mild-severe anxiety attacks /just/ by being cut off from that. (severity depending on how hard it will be to get that support back) This being said Marin does go out of her way to be friendly towards others at times. However, she will not tolerate a person she perceives to be deliberately trying to cause.her harm, and will often react harshly to them. Despite taking multiple martial arts and multiple sports she lacks a fighter's instincts and is thus has rather poor reaction times when forced to fight. This does not effect pokemon battling however. Some people have remarked that Marin seems to have somewhat traditional values, moreso than most her age.

Favorite Pokemon's first stage: ...Tynamo (NOBODY saw that coming.)

Favorite Pokemon's personality: Loyal and approval seeking. Also a bit voracious.

yeah..... no.

I'm leaning towards a Fire type, maybe a Fire/Ground type. Since my Poke's weaknesses are Ice,Dragon,Electric and Grass, Fire/Ground would deal with Ice,Electric and grass while Dragon would deal with Dragon.
 
:\ Fire/Ground-type? :) The only thing that comes to mind is Numel, which evolves into Camerupt. How about that?

Yellow. :D I LOVE YOUR THEME SONG!!! Reminds me of a final battle in space with Super Sonic! ^^

(sighs) Theme songs...

I may have already said this before, but I will never give my character theme songs. XD I feel like theme songs should really capture the personality and the history of a character, but then this means that I would have to make a theme song for MYSELF, and as a huge SHINee fangirl, it would be something SHINee related. Even though those do not describe me. At all.

Plus, it would be in Korean and none of us really understand that language anyways. No matter how much I want to. ;~;

Oh, I have a post written up in a notebook, but I'll probably posting it tomorrow.

I am taken up the name "Miharu Mizushima" and will look like as stated in my SU when I am "Miharu Mizushima", but when I am myself, I will have blonde hair and green eyes. When I look like that, I will be called "Emerald".

Since I'm pulling a Snape 'n all that.
