    Who remembers having these as a kid?

    I have a minor one right now :| The wind caused it. It's really painful lol

    I remember when I was six and bawling my eyes out and screaming at the hospital because it hurt really, really bad ><

    i don't really remember getting infection inside my actual ear, but i get infections from earrings

    the only kind of earrings that i dont get infections from are silver earrings
    even if they're silver, they'll itch and eventually lead to an infection unless i clean them daily which is annoying
    the infections are usually just oozing yellow puss and when i pick at it, blood

    it isnt really painful, just annoying/itchy/gross o-o

    I never had any as a child, but these days given my prolonged headphone wearing they're quite common — usually every January for whatever reason.

    Cassino is however +75 resistant to Disease and can negate the effects of Pain for three turns.

    Oohh, I remember ear infections. I had tubes put in my ears when I was about 18 months old and they eventually fell out when I was in preschool or kindergarten. I haven't really gotten any lately, but I also find it hard to figure out if it's my ears that bother me or my TMJ acting up. 9 times out of 10 it's the latter.

    I remember when I was in 6th grade, I had a bad one, and I remember crying myself to sleep due to all the pain -.-

    Ear Infections are horribleeeee.

    I've never had an ear infection in the traditional sense, but there was a time in elementary school where I lodged a bean in my ear that proceeded to sprout and cause me all kinds of headaches until it was removed.

    ...I was a silly kid. XD

    I apparently got them all the time as a kid. Or was that my sister?

    Last time I had one was my senior year of high school. Just randomly clogged up one night. Ended up missing a few days of school and had to go to the hospital for some antibiotics. Once I had the antibiotics, the pain stopped, but it was annoying, not being able to hear out an ear. XD;

    LOL. i thought you meant it sprouted into a plant o-o

    an ant crawled into my brother's ear one time though. he said it hurt but idk what happened to the ant xD

    No that is exactly what Timbjerr meant, or must be, since it's the only valid-in-context definition of sprout.
    Sounds implausible, but once one realises the ear is a warm, moist place...

    I used to get ear infections all the time when I was a kid. I vaguely remember constantly having medication for it in the fridge or something because I had them so often. @_@;

    I don't think I've had one in years and years, though. :s I get ear aches occasionally but they're usually just linked to congestion anyway.

    I've only got an ear infection once, and it was last year. I had gone swimming in a lake when it was windy...it wasn't a big infection, but definitely not fun. :\

    My sister used to get them all the time when she was a baby. They put tubes in her ears.

    For some reason my ear insists in getting infected almost every month. I never get sick - I just get an ear infection. I actually had to get tubes stuck in my ears because of them.

    ...

    Ear infections are hell. I remember getting them SO badly when i was little. I was crying in like agony because they hurt so bad. >_<

    Nowadays, I'm glad I stopped getting them. I had my tonsils and adenoids taken out when I was around four or five so I hardly ever get sick.
