[Questions] Ebay Card Box Scammed

Hi, Everyone I am new here. Getting back into the TCG and TCGO. I ordered a box of Darkness Ablaze from a seller on Ebay and the box came messed up and I easily identified it had been messed with, I opened a few packs and was pulling amazing cards... None of the cards were in order(all rares in back) and there was not a single TCGO code card. The problem is that they all look fake and I ripped a few to check. They are fake. I made a claim to Ebay and it was closed due to the seller not accepting refunds. Does anyone know what kind of process I can take now? The purchase was from Ebay > paypal > bank. I bought the box Jan 7th and it arrived today. I have never had an issue like this before so i'm just looking for advice. Thanks! Here are a few photos of what I'm talking about.

I have no idea how to deal with EBay sellers, but I'd report the seller immediately and leave negative feedback on their page. If you used PayPal to make the purchase, you can file a claim with them if you have their PayPal information I return, iirc.

Have you tried contacting eBay? Your account here could be useful for future people who get scammed.

Wow, that box was messed with for sure. And the cards in it are definitely not the odds you would expect. Ebay should be on your side, just keep calling and appealing.
