[Other] Edit Heal Amount Points HP

Hey guys !!
I'm trying to edit the amount of HP points that a potion or berry can restore in battle, but I'm not getting it!

The only thing I can change with the Gen3Tool is the amount of HP that a Berry restores when being held by a Pokémon, When I go into Bag to select the POTION or BERRY to be able to heal from there, the value of the HP points remains the same how do I change it?

i use g3t to try o change the amount of HP from potion heal, but dosent work!
anyone know a hex to edit this?
