Eevee Friendly Team

Hello there! I'm new to competitive battling, and I was wondering if I could get some advice on the team I'm putting together for the eevee friendly. I haven't actually made my team yet, but this is what I'm thinking of using:

252 Hp/252 Def/4 Sp D
Light Screen
Reflect
Substitute
Moonblast

Flareon
Adamant
Guts
Flame Orb
252 Atk/4 Sp D/252 Spe
Sunny Day

Any advice on what I should change would be appreciated. I'm not sure what to do for items for Espeon and Leafeon, so advice on that would be nice. I'm also wondering if I should take substitute off of Sylveon and give it sunny day and then give Flareon a different move. Thanks!

It kind of bites that Pixilate + Hyper Voice is illegal in the Eevee Friendly, so Sylveon will have to make do with something like this:
-Wish
-Protect
-Moonblast
-Calm Mind
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Cute Charm

or
-Moonblast
-Psyshock
-Shadow Ball
-Hidden Power (Fire/Ground)/Baton Pass
Nature: Modest
EVs: 244 HP/252 SAtk/12 Spe
Item: Choice Specs
Ability: Cute Charm

Flame Orb won't work on Fire Pokemon like Flareon. Just use the Toxic Orb:
-Flame Charge
-Flare Blitz
-Facade
-Will-o-Wisp/Sunny Day
Nature: Jolly/Adamant
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Toxic Orb
Ability: Guts

All the Eeveelutions are capable of learning Shadow Ball, making Espeon somewhat risky to use. It can fulfill Sylveon's old role of a dual screener better because of Magic Bounce:
-Reflect
-Light Screen
-Psychic/Psyshock/Yawn
-Baton Pass
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Light Clay
Ability: Magic Bounce

Return > Aerial Ace on Leafeon to damage opposing Flareon harder.

Pixilate Sylveon is still allowed in the Eevee Friendly, but only if it's Kalos-born. Only Kalos-born Eeveelutions are allowed in this Friendly. Eevee transferred from Gen V aren't allowed. Hyper Voice is a B2/W2 tutor move and you need Poke Transfer to get whoever learned the move to Gen VI.
