4th Gen Eevee question

Is it possible to capture an eevee or any of it's evolutions in Pearl or Diamond? The stratagy guide that I'm using doesn't show the eevee.

You're suppose to get an Eevee from Bebe (I forgot how though because it has been so long lol.) You can't catch any of it's evolved forms, but besides Espeon and Umbreon, they're very simple to get.

If I can only get one eevee,would it be possible to breed more eevees from it?

yes, Eevee can breed, but since it is mainly male, it's strongly recomended that you use Ditto.

Also, Eevees can be caught at the Trophy Garden, but only when the man says Eevees are there. This can only happen once you have the Nationaldex

yes- you find them using the Pokeradar on the route between Jubilfe and Canalave. They are rare, however

yeah rare but, if you're patient enough, you can chain them with pokeradar and get PLENTY of them...

Catch about 30 in total =D

You can get Eevee from Bebe after you receive your National Dex, or via the Trophy Garden as Eevee will appear there as one of the Mansion Pokemon.

If you want a female one for breeding, I suggest you soft-reset the one you get from Bebe for the female.
Otherwise you'll have to find that annoyingly rare Ditto. =\
