Eeveelutions 101

This'll be my biggest message yet - *Clear throat, take big breath*

I'd like to point out that when you (DumbPikachu) came up with Souleon, a Psychic type, when the type was poison.

During the course of the steel type, the following people went astray as well:
Chaos of Nature, Pokeyom (I hope I got that right...), Waterman2010, Pokerus34 and WILLBILL2.

And I'd also like to congratulate whoever it was with the Eevee gender ratio explanation;

If Eevee is already 82.5% male and 12.5% female, how can the evolutions be any different (seeing as all Eeveelutions have to start as Eevee itself, the gender differences should stay the same as Eevee)?

Well done, honestly. I'm glad someone picked up on that

Silveon won the steel type comp, due to its extensive list of signature moves. Now don't all of you start thinking you'll win just because you have ten or whatever signature moves, okay? People win for different reasons, so come up with something creative like an way of evolving so complex or so awesome that Mr. Fancypants Ash Ketchum himself would wet himself over it.

The next type is Ground.

This is whole "let's predict the future thing" is turning out great! We have now come up with around 25 eeveelutions (not including those "wrong type" ones).

Fissureon, with Epicenter as its signature move. And...
...the gender ratio is: 82.5% male and 12.5% female
Method of Evolution:
Level up holding Earth Plate on caves or mountains that are prone to earthquakes.
Abilities: Arena Trap, Mold Breaker

Name meaning:ancient
Name pronunciation:A-n-che-on
Appearence:Like a quadrupedal chomper(from land before time 5)with extremely long arms,shoulders,and tail
Evo. method:level up eevee,then revive a fossel without doing anything else first.
Sig. moves:
-mega-swallow:2 stage move,during first part the user is vulnrable to double damage and move failure,however during the second stage the foe is instantly KO'ed and the user regains half the opponents base hp
-jump strike:ground type version of bounce
 
Well, I know I am an RBY lover, but I was thinking T. Rocket could use it on special missions, since they're on the same side, same shelf, and Psychic types are normally used for good, like, I bet if the PokeNations ever get into wars, then they use Psychic pokemon to confuse the people in the army...
Plus, it's deceiving, like a Koffing or Weezing (Hey that rhyme, Mr. Mime ;D)

Moleon?????
This Eevee has experienced Diglett pulling it underground. It is rumored to have a big grudge on all Ground pokemon. It also has the ability to start a temporary, local Earthquake.
Ev. Method:
Double battle with TWO INDIVIDUAL TRAINERS that have digglets that know dig. They're Picknickers. You should wait until one of the Digglets dig (both pokemon must be slower to make it easier) and then use Earthquake with the other Pokemon. the Digglet wil grab onto Eevee's feet for it's life until a plate of earth nearly hits it and it will let go and go back up.when you beat them (make sure that you OHKOd the digglet that used dig and make sure that the other digglet doesn't make any physical moves (headbutt) on Eevee) Eevee will evolve into Moleon.
Siggy move: Earth Shake (A Plate of earth always hits Moleon, doing 35 recoil damage)

Type: Ground of course
Name comes from: -_-, Earth
Signature Move: Landslide - A ton of sand, mud, rock, dirt, etc. lands on the opposing pokemon. Works better while raining (Rain pushes the land/mud down faster).
Power: 150
Acc: 75
PP: 5
Looks like: Well it has the length of ears as umbreon only it's covered in sand. It has sharp rocks on its body. It has mud on the bottom of its legs. It's very rough and is tan, light brown, and brown.
Evolution: Level up Eevee while having a pure ground type in your party.
Ability: Arena trap, Sand stream

Azurill is a Normal-type unlike its Water-type evolutions, and has a higher chance of being female (75% as opposed to Marill and Azumarill's 50%). The gender thing also means that some Azurill will in fact change sex when they evolve.
Isn't pokemon logic magical?

Clayeon
Type: Ground
Evolves by: Give eevee the hold item light clay, and use it in a battle while using surf. Then, level it up in a forest, desert, or beach.

Clayeon seems to be made of a mud-like substance, eternally dripping from its ears, paws, and tail tip. Its back, on the other hand, seems to be cracked and hardened, showing this pokemon's tough nature. It has trouble standing up because of the composition of it's feet, and thus has a muscular, long tail for support. It's eyes are an emerald green, showing this pokemon's synergy with the earth.

I got one Jsteeleon it is evolve form of Jolteon and its Steel/Electric Abiltiy Volt Asborb

It evolves by lvling up jolteon while holding Metal Coat at Mt Coronet
it looks like Jolteon but bigger and is completely made of steel

Stats are same but speed is lower and defence is higher

Also learns a 1 off move called Volt Thunder and it works by 1st turn charges up electricity and second turn attacks with 200Power 10pp but you have to rechareg next turn learns it a lvl 61

If Eevee is already 82.5% male and 12.5% female how come on PMD eevee is female only

Ahem ahem! Electricz! Jsteeleon - Electric/Steel - isn't suitable! Steel is done and gone. Anyway... the Winner is....

Mr. Person with Clayeon! He won for the reason that this Pokemon was extremely in tune with it's element

That'll go down in the history books for sure!

That whole diglett thing was over the top, perhaps it was a bit more suitable for the Anime?

After this there's two more types left... And a little surprise from me! Mwahahahaha!

Draceon Dragon type

Evolves by lvling up Eevee while holding Dragontooth

Draceon looks like a Dragonite but also looks like a Eeveelution thats all i can say about it im a bad discriber sorry well enjoy
 
Divineon: Divine Dragon Pokemon
Type: Dragon/Psychic
Ability: Legendary Wisdom : Allows Divineon to predict the opponent's moves once every three turns.

Divineon appear only in legends. Myths say that they were the holy guardians of the Earth, but that they went extinct during a powerful meteor shower thousands of years ago.

Evolution Process: Eevee must be female and at exactly lvl.1. Climb to the peak of Meteor Falls, where a small temple is built. Five, ancient symbols are carved with holes onto the wall. Place a Fire Stone, Water Stone, Leaf Stone and Thunder Stone in them, and place Eevee's Pokeball in the middle, in the last carved hole. Finally, you must place your hands on the wall and recite,

'By the ancient power of our gods
I call upon you, creatures of divinity
Cast your light upon the heavens
And resurrect among our souls'

Gender Ratio: 100% Female

Description: Divineon is larger than any other Eeveelution. Its pale, misty lavender fur is soft like velvet, yet as resistant as diamond, as a single hair could cut through iron. Her ears are long and tipped with dark violet. A split-ended, dark purple ribbon is rolled around her neck in a criss-crossed pattern, and each end flows down at each of her sides and then curls up into the air. She has three, seperate, violet-tipped tails that stay in place, curving towards her. A golden gem is placed on each base of each one of her tails. Golden lace ribbons flow from her dark-furred paws. A large, gold, seven-pointed star is on her forehead, and a circlet of gold gems go around her neck. Her clear, green eyes are full of wisdom. Finally, curved, vine-like things sprout out of her back. Pale, lavender, veil-like substances grow from these them, connecting the wings to the body.

New Signature Moves:

Whisper of Fate: PSYCHIC
Divineon decrees her opponent's fate. If the foe makes a move that will knock her out, the foe will faint instead.

Purity Cannon: PSYCHIC
Divineon shoots out a powerful blast of pure energy from her three tails.

Soul Theft: DARK
Divineon steals the foe's soul, making it faint immediately. It will be revived three turns later.

Dragonian Tempest: Dragon
Divineon creates a massive storm. It is extremely powerful, but also slightly hurts the user. Lowers all the stats of the one used on by two levels. Raises user's stats by two levels.

Elemental Twister: ---
Divineon creates a large twister. The type of the attack is random.

Meaning:in the new opening for Dragonball,dokan is repeated constantly
Appearence:orange scales and antenna on his head.his legs are replaced with wings
evo:a male eevee has to steal an item from dragonite using theif
sig move:dragon wind
sig. move ability:deals 50 points of damage and sends him back to opponents party.
ability:is invulrable to any dragon type attack
 
Name: Chimereon(Chimera+eon)
Type: Dragon
Ability: Wyvern Scale(Dragon & Fire attacks do 10% less damage)
Evolution Method: Use a Dawn Stone while Eevee is holding a Fire Stone
Appearance: Has gold scales with bronze-colored tones, emerald green eyes, a long tail, large fangs in its mouth, and seems to have an other-worldly glow.
Sig Move: Draclaw
Pow. 105 Acc. 65% PP:7 Physical
May burn foe OR make the foe flinch, but never both.

Ev. Method: Breed Dragonite Boy with Eevee Girl. The baby should look somewhat like a flareon. keep on doing this until it is shiny. take it to the temple of Gods and sacrifice it. Arceus is so happy with you're strange,shiny Eevee that he gives it back, and it is:
Dragotheon
30%male
70%female
Look: He may look like a Dragonite at front, but you can see that parts of other eeveelutions are on his back.
Mysticpower
Type: Light
Acc: ---
Pow:200
Must recharge the power of Arceus next turn.
Lowers all the defenders stats and highers all the users.
PP: 10
 
Mysteon: Mystical Pokemon
Type: Dragon
Ability: Myth > has 10% of evading any attack,

Evolution Process: Eevee must be hatched with both of it's parent are Eevees. The weather must be Windy. Goes to Mt. ? and train Eevee till it reach level 5 without using any other Pokemon. It will evolved once it reached level 5.

Gender Ratio: 75% Female 50% Male
50% of Male Eevee will evolved into a Female Mysteon

Description: Mysteon is the same size as Espeon. Have a skin with Rainbow Scale. that shine when hit the sunlight and glow in the night. It's feet is like a mist .. can't be seen clearly.. It's tail is just like Espeon but have a pointy ending

New Signature Moves:

Mythy Revenge :
Acc - 50
 If any of your Pokemon were damage during your opponent's last turn, reduce the attacking Pokemon's HP to 1....

Just letting you know that in the awkwardly relevant message below, my special surprise awaits...

If there were a hypothetical Pokémon of all 17 types, it would only be weak to Rock-type moves. However, it is possible to create more weaknesses by using moves such as Foresight to remove immunities.
Pokémon in the Uber tier are deemed too overpowered to be used fairly among other Pokémon.
Eeveelution is a portmanteau of the words "Eevee" and "evolution".

I thank Bulbapedia immensely for these quotes.

Can you guess what the next thing is? Don't tell me now! Just focus on this type. It's flying. Don't you remember? Commit to memory and do not worry about my surprise...

Appearnce:It's front is a white glaceon,while it's back is made of cloud.
Abilty:Storage-allows it to hold 5 items
Sig attack:jetstream-user becomes invulnrable to all attacks for one turn,then attacks opponent in an unescapable manner the next.also cures all status conditions except sleep and freeze

Evo:have your eevee faint in battle against a pure flying type.
 
Arileon: Fluff Pokemon
Type: Flying
Ability: Cloud Hide > Can't be hit by flying moves


Arileon never reveal it's true form

Evolution Process: Eevee must be hatched at Noon and there is only 1 Pokemon in your party which is a flying type. The weather must be Windy. Train Eevee till it reach level 15 while knowing the attack Wish and holding a Dried Feather. It will evolved once it reached level 15.

Gender Ratio: 50% Female 50% Male

Description: Same size as Eevee. More bushy than Eevee..

New Signature Moves:

Aerial Strike :
Att - 200
Acc - 5
It strike with a cloudlike wings that can be seen cleary. The user can't attack next turn if the attack is successful

Gender Ratio: 87.5 male (just like Eevee)
Height: 3 feet 2 inches

Special Defense - 128
Speed - 87
Pokedex entry - When Eevee is poisoned badly enough it will turn it a poison Pokemon to heal itself of the poison.
