Hi there and welcome to PC! Ummmm didnt really need to do all the underscores to make your post but whatever. :P Theres a lot of Fan Made games here made by a lot of talented people in the community. Youll be able to make a nice hack with the help of the great tutorials and nice helpful people here. Im a novice at best with Rom Hacking but if you have any questions about it you can message me and ill try to help you any way i can. :) I never did play those hacked games but im sure there nice. If you have any questions about PC, just message anyone with a bold name and they'll help you out. Anyways hope you enjoy yourself, hope you like it here, and hope to see you around! :)

With that aside, welcome to PC! I remember ShinyGold all too well. xD I played it before. The Emulation section of the forums can definitely give you some information on how to make your own ROM Hack. There's a small section for tools, tutorials, and even a section for testing out hacks as well as playing them. You will get tons of help & support when it comes to creating your own hacks, so you're not alone. :D
As the Emulation section is quite large here at PC, why not explore what else is there around the forums? :D There's so much to do here. ^_^
But anyways, don't hesitate to ask me questions about the forums & stuff, and I'll be happy to assist ya. ^_^ See ya around!and hope you get that space key fixed xD
