Elder Scrolls IV

Lol ill have to try that
Halo 3 first though

indeed you shall.

it's almost like a sport to watch him go rolling down the hill like that, it's awesome. a good way to exact revenge for annoying us to the breaking point and beyond....

Meh, I could never play Oblivion much, or Morrowind for that matter. I found the combat to be pretty boring.

Not saying they are bad games, but they are just not my style.

However, the PC versions of the both mentioned games must have been coded by monkeys, because they run pretty badly. Oblivion is somewhat explainable because of it's visuals, but there's no reason Morrowind should run like that on a modern system. :/

I've always been more of a Baldur's Gate guy when it comes to CRPGs.

yeah, i've gotta get my 360 fixed, my computer won't run oblivion except in supercrappy mode. on the other hand, morrowind runs great, so there's no problems there...

that's ok, the combat does get a little repetetive. that's why i even use the pc version, there's plugins which make it more fun. deadly reflex comes to mind, opens up a whole new side to combat. Most of it very bloody... like i said, i like using the combustive convulsion spell included with DR to imitate lucy from elfen lied...

I prefer Morrowind to Oblivion. Morrowind gets sillily (^^) easy after a while, and Oblivion is just.... too much.

Newwww topic;
Easiest money-making scheme on oblivion?

I played about 120 hours on my 360, till the hdd died on me :( Haven't really gotten back into the game, and I doubt I will.

Possibly pick up the PC version just to play about with user created mods, though.

*Bump*

Anywayz, this weekend i started a new save file which is PURE mage. When i say pure, i mean pure. Im a high elf, mage birthsign (Better than apprentice, seeing as my magica will skyrocket quickly so i dont need to put up with the additional weakness) and my major skills are all 6 magic types and alchemy. I also plan on wearing suitable wizardy clothes, AKA robes, not armour.

I basically need help on the best ways to not get squished when i get hit in the head (With the obvious exceptions of running away and wearing a helmet, cuz they're boring :))

i can't really help much in that area, never played a pure mage before. if i could make a recommendation, though, enchantments. shield and dispel come to mind. shield in particular, if you're worried about orcs with oversized hammers.

on another note (i said this before, but the system reset deleted my post) my definite easiest means of income is to cash in on order swords. i can usually make at least ten grand a run if i'm high enough level to get pure or perfect order swords.
