Yea, I mean that thing, but it says in diamond you have a 50 percent chance of finding an electabuzz that is carrying one on route 222, and I have a shiny electabuzz I want to evolve, so I need another one lol

You can but electabuzz also has electrizer, you can just use thief/covet to get it
