^^Do you mean that thing that evolves Electabuzz into an Electivire? If so, I already used my only one to evolve one. I could give you an Electivire instead.
 
Yea, I mean that thing, but it says in diamond you have a 50 percent chance of finding an electabuzz that is carrying one on route 222, and I have a shiny electabuzz I want to evolve, so I need another one lol

You can but electabuzz also has electrizer, you can just use thief/covet to get it
He is found on route 222
 
I checked on Bulbapedia and found that that's true, but only works on Platinum. *grabs Platinum*
