Nature: adamant both (important) and naive for the chimchar
Gender: doesnt matter
Trait: sand steam, and shed skin for the dratini, and blaze for the chimchar ofc
IVs: the higher the better (Important)
Egg/TM moves: Dragon Dance for larvitar
Shiny (yes/no): Doenst matter, but i'd be appreciated if it does
