the giveaway is done by el hero. kissing.raindrops and svc help keep the peace and i'm making out the list to send to el hero of what everyone has ordered and i have added your request to you. El hero has a huge collection which he clones and gives to others there is no hacked pokemon that is known just cloned verisons of them which is legit in all pokemon rules. The giveaway is as it says it's a giveaway you request something from the 1st page you get it as long as you don't break the simple rules and if you don't catch up with el hero during the week to pickup your pokemon the list is dropped and redone on friday. pretty straight forward. sometimes its hard to catch one of us because we have a life but we do the best we can
