[EM] Need a mapper to make maps for only ONE city

    Okay, so right now I'm working on my Emerald rom hack. As its setting is still the Hoenn Region, I have no need to change any of the maps. Except one: Mauville City. I really would like to it to be a full-fledged shopping mall-like capital as it was in ORAS. And after few failed attempts of doing this myself, I'm asking for help here. So, if you're a decent mapper and you're interested, please, PM me. I'd really appreciate any help.
