[Other] Emerald Features Ported to FireRed?

I was wondering has there been any hacks that ported some features from Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald into FireRed or possibly restore them?
Features such as: Mach Bike, PokéNav, fully animated sprites, etc.

It's completely possible to do it. However in binary romhacking it is extremely difficult to do and definitely it doesn't worth the time and effort to even try to make it. I'm sure something like this should be possible with decomps if you know what you're doing. However my best suggestion is to directly hack Emerald.
