Emerald/FireRed Romhack w/ Pre-Elite4 IV Perfecter

    Are there any ROM Hacks of Pokémon FireRed or Emerald, that lets you change the IV's of Pokémon before reaching the Elite Four ? Or, a mode that lets all Pokémon (player and/or opponents) have perfect IVs ?
    (I know that Emerald Final and some others have an IV perfecter, but that is in post-game.)

    I would prefer a ROM hack which is built with the Pokémon roster up to Gen 3. (No problem if it's a difficulty hack.)

    Context: I want to play a Gen3 difficulty hack (ideally that uses the roster up to Gen3), but don't want to spend hours grinding for perfect IVs.
     
    Radical Red and Inclement Emerald have IV enhancement mechanics way before Elite Four. Check their respective threads and in-game settings to know how it works or which options you'll need to enable.

    Neither of them stops at Gen 3 though, they feature Pokémon from much later gens as well.
     
    I have a Pokémon emulator and I wanna know how I'll be able to play these old retro games but hacked versions of them not these old boring versions of on anybody recommend a good website let me know if Fams
