3rd Gen Emerald Glitch?

this is wierd...

I put in my Zigzagoon who was an HM slave... when I took him out, the HMs where gone an replaced with other moves! o.O I thought you had to go to the Move Deleter to remove HMs?

Also, I went and took my Pokemon to Nurs Joy, and I had an egg in the party, and it showed six Pokeballs healing... shouldn't it be five?

If you mean in the daycare, then your Pokémon can still learn moves which replace HMs. I don't know why, it just does.

In the 3rd Gen, it does show your Egg as a Pokeball, but it doesn't in the 4th.

It's normal. 3rd gen gameplay is slightly different than 4th gen, or should I say it's the other way round.

The eggs showing up as Pokeballs does happen in 3rd gen games.

Yeah, i think this game is fine and you should just reteach your HM's to your HM slave.

The daycare can get rid of any moves you had (that's why i hate them! they deleted my brelooms skyuppercut!)

that is why you all have a bunch of heart scales dude , as for your emerald evrything is fine
