Okay I'm trying to find focus band and I can't find it anymore, so anyone know where to find it in the game?

Another thing I need to know is can you catch latios and latias in the game, or only see one of them?

Focus band is in Shoal Cave. During the low tidal, you can find a guy training in one of the lower floors. he will give you it.

And normally you can only catch one of them, either Latios or Latias (your mother asks you which one after you have beaten the league). The other one will be in Southern Island, and you need an Eon Ticket to go there, which was given in events long time ago.

No. You can catch both Lati@s in-game, but it does require either both Ruby and Sapphire, or being able to restart Emerald.
