i'm currently changing the emerald title screen, but these dumb clouds are stuck at the bottom of the screen, how do i get them out? what's the goto for them?

You're not being very descriptive. Which version are you using? Do you get an error, and if you do, what error do you get?

it came in a folder called NSE 2.1, but when extracted it's called NSE 2.0, i double click it and all it does is.... nothing. it doesn't show any errors or anything at all, it just refuses to respond.

Try using NSE classic then.

thanks for the help, I've been trying to get these clouds out all day.. i literally have no patience right now. i'll try this thing out and tell you if it works.

there's just a bunch of beta versions on the file, non of them have the ability to navigate.
