3rd Gen Emerald scripting help

Hey guys I started doing some custom scripts for Emerald version, and was looking for some help generating a script that makes a person event say something, run into a building, then run away on a bike, eventually disappearing. Basically I'm trying to write a script for a guy stealing a bike from rydel :D Any ideas?
