    So which are the best moves he should have by the time he is level 100.

    Im trying to find out so i can see what level he learns them or what reqirements i must have.
     
    If this is for competitive/wifi play, you should ask in the Request a Moveset Thread. Also, Smogon has movesets.

    If this is for in-game only, any strong moves will suffice, such as Surf, Grass Knot, etc. You can then ask for help in the In-Game Team Help section. This doesn't belong here, so use the provided options. Thanks.
