[Other] Empty tileset image for new tilesets?

    So, I want to create new tilesets without replacing any, and I was trying to follow this tutorial:

    That, and/or use Tileset Manager:

    They both require an empty tileset images, and in LU-HO there was an empty tileset image in an attachment, but when I click on it, I get this:

    *image removed*

    Does anyone have a copy of this file? It would be much appreciated :)
