How about the natures offf..the blissey and dragonair?
And I suppose if they're not UT I can always use EV reducing berries and retrain them. :]

I can offer you any starter you don't have besides bulbasaur. Possibly even a specific nature, but you may have to wait for it if I don't already have one in my PC.
