After getting pulled back into pkmn tcg again, I did some light reading and made a pretty good deck in my mind. I play tested it last night against the Storm Front Tyranitar deck and it won flawlessly. Being a haymaker deck it does has some disadvantages against stall decks and if the battle gets really long, I could deck. Anyways, here is my set up.

    POKEMON (20)
    Salamence Lv.62 (1) Secret Wonders
    Shelgon Lv.35 (1) Storm Front
    Shelgon Lv.32 (1) Secret Wonders
    Bagon Lv.13 (3) Storm Front
    Gyarados Lv.52 (2) Storm Front
    Magikarp Lv.13 (1) Secret Wonders
    Magikarp Lv.10 (2) Storm Front
    Ninetails Lv.43 (1) Platinum
    Ninetails Lv.37 (1) Mysterious Treasures
    Vulpix Lv.16 (2) Mysterious Treasures
    Vulpix (1) EX Power Keepers
    Tauros Lv.26 (1) Legends Awakened
    Tauros Lv.23 (1) Platinum
    Regice Lv.43 (1) Legends Awakened
    Palkia G Lv.78 (1) Platinum

    TRAINERS (16)
    Energy Search (3)
    Energy Pickup (2)
    Energy Link (2)
    Luxury Ball (2)
    Night Maintenance (1)
    Broken Time-Space (1)
    Cynthia's Feelings (3)
    Team Galactic's Mars (2)

    ENERGY (24)
    Water (8)
    Fire (16)

That's about it, any advice is helpful!

My deck is all fixed up and ready to go! XD Now it would be great if I had some advice to improve on...

Sorry... I've been busy... but, at first glance, it seems you need to focus on fewer evolution lines, though I'm no expert at the modern metagame.

And the new preconstructed decks are typically just downright terrible in Pokemon, as though they don't put much thought at all into them, so it's not a very good measuring stick.

Ya I know. I tested out this deck again and I beat my friend 4 times. (but maybe that's because hes only using base set and fossil :/)

Okay, i'll give it a shot. I'd recommend you drop the Gyardos line, and focus in on the Salamance. Try putting in an extra bagon, and shelgon. Then put in Arceus Salamance. With this addition, you'll know whats comming in your deck. This is always an invaluable tool. Okay, so 3 of our 5 cards have been replaced. Next put in Salamence lvX from Arceus. This card would work with this set due to the ammount of energy. Finally, I would add a Level Max in there, just to help get that salamence lvX out.

    Just my advice.
