Energy Grabbing Pokemon

I'm looking for a pokemon that has an ability or attack that allows me to draw energies from my deck and attach them to my pokemon. Like Tangela's skill "Nurture" Which allows for tangela to draw a grass energy out of the deck and attach it to a pokemon in play.

There are several for the attacks, but none that I'm aware of for the abilities.

Ampharos, HS Undaunted (I think) has Accelerator Bolt, which allows you to attach two energies from your deck to any Pokemon, and do 30 damage. Is that the sort of thing our were thinking of?
