5th Gen Epic Fails in Black and White

Whilst playing on your game and everything is going awesomely, you manage to catch a Thundurus! EPIC WIN!! So you're all happy now and you go pootling off to check it out in your PC box. Then, all of a sudden, your game blanks out... And you realized you've run out of charge... and not saved... EPIC FAIL

That has happened to me SO many times (well, not catching Thundurus obviously) when my charge has run out and I've not noticed my DS on flashing red.

I was wondering if you'd like to share you EPIC FAILS with me so I don't feel like such a noob -.-

Haha, that eventually happens to everyone at some point, in practically any game. I guess the worst case I can think of right now from my White version would be the time I was on the bus and managed to finally find a Milotic in one of the fishing spots, then.. you guessed it. Spent 30+ mins when I got back home to find another one. I don't like those darn Feebas, and I hate having to trade to evolve.

It always seems to happen to me in Platinum, keep getting set back to the same point cos I leave my DS switched on but closed!

My litle bro always has this happen to him. Never happens to me because I pretty much always have my things on the charger. I always tell my brothers that they should put their stuff on the charger because it's red and they are like "It JUST turned red! I don't have to do it yet!". Then I say "turn down the volume and it will save you some power!" (They always play will full volume.)They say "No I still have like 2 hours of charge left. Then the DS dies in the next 45 minutes and they start freaking out b/c they didnt save.

It always seems to happen to me in Platinum, keep getting set back to the same point cos I leave my DS switched on but closed!

I keep mine on too if I'm in the middle of a battle but never really anywhere else XD

Doesn't anybody know to save their games whenever the DS light becomes red? All of these blunders that most of you have made could've been avoided if you know the warning signs.

Now, choosing the wrong move whenever you're not paying attention... well, that happens to the best of us...

This is waaay too similar to WTF moments.

For example, look at this:

Notice changing the two words doesn't really make much of a difference? There's also the fact that people forgetting to save is a common occurrence sadly. If you want, you can make a thread in Pokemon Gaming Central on the worst times a user has forgotten to save (since it applies to all games), but as a whole it doesn't really fit here because a lot of the things that could be an epic fail are actually wtf moments.
