4th Gen Error Code:86420

I keep getting this message when i want to connect with other players... I was able to only trade once... and it failed twice with two other person. I read in nintendo support and tried turning off the firewall and etc. but it just doesn't work...

Did anyone else have this problem?

Is it because of my router or anything?

Please close thread if already exist....or move it if it is in the wrong section... I'm honestly not sure where to ask that XD

I think it goes into the computer & technology section...

But tell me which modem/router you have...
Have you connect before with other ppl or it is the first time you try to connect...

I have a cisco router, I was able to connect once with a person but failed with two
