On adamant you dont need that much speed, after one Dragon Dance it oustspeeds pokemon of Base 130 with the edited in EV spread, but yea thats the basic moveset.

You can also put Jolly and Life Orb on it aswell,and go 252 attack / 190 speed / 68 Hp.

I like Jolly on him. So he can outspeed. You have Life Orb for the power.
