How can I insert a EV-IV display on pkmn emerald?

In the Emerald modexe has it available. With modexe open click File>Load ini, then select the ini of the Ev-Iv Display.ini. Now just apply it in your rom hack.

Yes same here it just restarts. Tried on a clean and used ROM

Make sure that your ROM is expanded to 32mb before running modexe
