Observations:
Spoiler:

*1 - The effect of plasma fists, iron bash and photon geyser moves are not the originals so I failed to create the original effects as such, the current effects existing in each
quoted move differs from its original effects.

*2 - The Move Body Press does not have all its effect inserted, I will explain: It deals damage to the opponent based on the defense of the carrier of the move, moves as Defense Curl,
for example, raises your Def and, consequently, raises the damage that Body Press causes, but unfortunately I managed to insert only the primary effect on the rom which is the damage
Based on user defense, Defense Curl, Leer, Barrier, Bulk Up, and several other buffs that could elevate/reduce carrier defense will not affect Body Press damage.
For some this makes no difference, but for others it is something relevant / important. It is good to make this point clear.
*3 - Adrenaline Orb raises its speed only if your attack is reduced through moves that deal damage to the opponent. Moves like Growl, Round Eyes, Charm, etc. do not activate
the effect of the item, as well as the Intimidate ability does not activate the effect. I tried everything to insert the original effect of the item but this current effect was as much as I could.
*4 - The Special Potion item was originally supposed to be the Throat Spray item, but unfortunately I couldn't insert its original effect so I changed the item name and its effect is
slightly different from the Throat Spray item.
*5 - [I]The Honey item has not yet had its original effect. I added a temporary effect to it.
*6 - Information on shape exchange during the battle:
||1.Xerneas will change their shape to Active Form after using the Geomancy move.
2.Solgaleo will change its shape to Radiant Sun after using the Sun Strike move.
3.Lunala will change her shape to Full Moon after using the Lunar Beam move.
4.Dawn Wings / Dusk Mane will change its shape to Ultra Necrozma after using the Photon Geyser move.
5.Marshadow will change its shape to Zenith Form after using the Rob.||

NOTE¹: Both will return to their original appearance to the termino of battle.
NOTE²: There are two Prismor Armor abilitys inserted, both have the same effect. Why that? Such a thing was done for compatibility with the form exchange system
dusk mane and dawn wings. If both depended on the same ability with the same index to switch shape only one of them would change shape during the battle, but this way I did, creating another Prismor Armor ability with the same effect as the original but with a different index, both Pokémon (Dusk Mane and Dawn Wings) will be able to switch shape during battle.
Thus dusk mane was configured with the Prismor Armor ability of index 232, while Dawn Wings was configured with the Prismor Armor ability of index 239. Reinforcing that both have
the same effect, only your index is different which will allow both to change shape during battle.
If you have any doubt about whether this could cause bugs I say you can rest assured that I performed a battery of tests and did not come across any bug, of course it is not immune
or impossible to pop bugs only i didn't come across any during the tests. Plus, that's it.

*7 - Everstone and Destiny Knot have no breeding effects, unfortunately. For now the method of setting such a thing is something I am light years away from disthana, I have no idea
where to start editing the code to make such a thing possible.

*8 - By default it has been configured for certain Pokémon to evolve into their Alola form with the item Alola Stone. This option can be easily changed via PGE.
You decide what will be best for your rom hack.

*9 - For now only 10 new battle backgrounds have been inserted, i will soon make available an update with all battle backgrounds changed.

Hey, this is a really promising ROM base. It may be the most updated one. I have a couple of questions.
- Is there any compatibility for Overworld Sprite editing tools?
- Despite showing no evolution table, it is possible to edit Eevee's evolution methods? I don't see any evolution methods listed for Eevee.

Hey, this is a really promising ROM base. It may be the most updated one. I have a couple of questions.
- Is there any compatibility for Overworld Sprite editing tools?

1 - I don't think I've changed anything about it. You can test and send feedback.
2 - The Eevee evolution table is not shown in PGE because it was configured using a different method, but you can edit your evolution table
through HxD. Your evolution table is at offset 15353D8. It works like this:
{07 00}¹ {61 00}² {86 00}³ {00 00}*
¹: Evolution Method
²: Item Index
³: Pokémon Index
*: Byte Filler

That's 8 bytes for each Pokémon in your evolution table.
In Extra File.rar, you will find file 02 - Hacked Engine - Offsets.ini.
Open it on Notepad++ and look for eevee_table, that's where the offset of the evolution table of eevee is.

P.S. I am liking the name "Liberate." : )
"Liberate" is the name of a rebel group from some television series I watched, Just can not remember the name of the series. In the end, the name matched well with the base, which is free for everyone's use.

By the way, the link for the A-Map is broken. Though I guess any regular expanded A-Map works.

HIiiii, when i try to see the pokemon's stats... the game will be reset :C
Which emulator are you using? I recommend using VBA or VBA-M, they were the ones I tested and that perfectly emulate the base rom.

I use VBA 1.7.2 :c
Test VBA version 1.80 and see if it works. Older versions of the emulator do not correctly emulate the edits made in the rom, causing crashes, bugs, etc.

Yes, it is possible but do not recommend because it would take a lot of work to edit, besides that some things would not work perfectly.
But if you compile the Pokémon expansion into an original rom, you can enter as many generations as you want. Here in the forum there
is a tutorial teaching how to configure devkitpro, with its assistance you can expand Pokémon, items, etc.

Which emulator are you using? I recommend using VBA or VBA-M, they were the ones I tested and that perfectly emulate the base rom.
Test VBA version 1.80 and see if it works. Older versions of the emulator do not correctly emulate the edits made in the rom, causing crashes, bugs, etc.

this base is totally free for use??? credits needed??? Is very ideal for my hackrom... :D

1- I need a special Advanced Map for edit it...??? i try to use the normal version, but in the wild pokemon, doesn't appear the new pokemon list

2- In the PGE i watched a lot of "Filler" in the pokedex... can i use it for add 8th gen pokemon? D:

3- How i can add pokemon's cries? In the PGE the import button is disambled :c

Nope, I had tried to insert sprite to Primarina (because I made its second frame), but then I read that they still haven't discovered how to implement the animation to the new pokemon: c
Animated sprites do not work from the turtwig ID until id 1200. Only Pokémon in the first 3 generations have animated sprites. What about the crash you mentioned earlier when trying to import a sprite through PGE, how did it go? Did this error occur only with one Pokémon, or with several others? Or did I misunderstand what you wanted dier?

I have a question how do I test the mega Pokémon are the already ready to use or I do I have to set it up and how do I get mega stone and keystone any help here please
All Mega Evolutions are configured. You need to have the Mega Bracelet in your bag, and then hold the Mega Stone in the Pokémon. During the battle, in the moves tab, just press Start and then use some moves.
To test the operation of the Mega Evolution system, you can create a script where The NPC delivers you the Mega Bracelet and Mega Stone, then just test during the battle.

Ok I watched the video and I am new at rom hacking so how do put the mega ring in my bag sorry I am new at hacking pokemon with upgrades
I recommend you read this tutorial:
Sierra's MEGA-HUGE XSE Scripting Tutorial.
It teaches the basics about scripting. So you'll learn how to create giveitem scripts, giveegg, etc.
