i dont seem to understand the abreviations, like EV, and IV, and UT, and such.... can some one fill me in on what they mean? ?

EV = Effort Value
IV = Individual Value
UT = Untrained/Untouched -- a Pokemon that is the way it was caught (has no EVs)
