4th Gen EV training please help!

Hi, i've known abuot EV training for a while but really don't know how to do it.

I've got a lvl 100 raichu whos timid so i want to max out his EV spd and special attack. He had maxed out ev's before when i leveled him so i gave him the berry's to lower his EV's on his attack defence special defence and hp.

I went to the new island and started mass killing all the raticates and fearows but even though i killed about 30-40 of them i have noticed no stat change whatsoever, whereas i thought his speed should increase?

I mean i dont get it, as his hp etc have all been lowered but i cannot raise his other stats. Can anyone please help.

Since he's level 100. His stats will only change once you put in him in the PC and then take him out

At level 100, EVs aren't gained anymore.

I suggest breeding a new Pichu.

haha thx first post, i knew EV stats still change at lvl 100 becuase i remember my lugia's stats changing back when i had gold. But just couldn't remember when

hmmmm i put him in but when i take him out again i still notice no stat changes

Kaseo cud u help me sorry i put him in the box and exited then took him back out but still no stats changes TT
