i got a question
im starting my pt to be EV train, most are lv1
when should i start giving them proteins? lv1 or their final form?

They'll work either way... I used 10 protein on my lv.1 mudkip and they were nowhere to be found, but at level 50, surely they're there . So you can do it at every step of the way.

You can only use the EV vitamins when there are less than 100 EVs in the appropriate stat, so it would be best to use them as soon as possible.
