Let's say I was EV Traing a Metagross. and wanted it to have 225 SP ATK, 225 ATK, and 60 DEF for it's 510 is all I would have to do is kill 6 Geodudes with PKRS, and Power Belt for 60 DEF EV's since that 1+4=5*2=10 Ev's per Geodude, than kill 22 Sentret with PKRS and Power Bracer and 1 with only Bracer to get 225 ATK Ev's, than kill 22 Mareeps with PKRS, and Power Lens on to get 220 EV's than kill 1 Mareep with PKRS cured but still holding item to get last 5 Ev's and thats all he would need to be done EV traing right b/c thats 510 EV's, also lets say the metagross was still a beldum would the beldum keep the Ev's when evolving to where he wont need to reget his EV's, and would it be ok to just rarecandy the rest of the levels after he was done with all the EV Training if this is all Correct please tell me, and if not can you tell me exactly what needs to be changed b/c I'm new and want my first thing to come out pretty good!

If I'm not mistaken you're correct on your EV spread calculations. And yes, if the Metagross was EV'd as a Beldum, it would still keep its EV spread, and evolving it would not affect the EV's.

Using Rare Candy's after completely EV'd a Pokémon, is the easiest way possible to level the Pokémon and it doesn't affect the EV spread. If you have any more questions, I'll be glad to help out.

    Woah okay. Um.

You need to change your EV spread to begin with. 225+225+60 does equal 510, but you're going to have uneven stats.
At level 100, 4 EVs = +1 in a stat. That means you need to make sure the amount of EVs you put into a stat are divisible by 4, because you can't have a fraction of a stat. With the setup you have now, you would have +56.25 in SpA/Atk and +15 in Def. 228 SpA / 228 Atk / 54 Def would be more even. But, since you don't actually need all 510 knowing that it's a 4:1 ratio, you're technically done at 508 EVs. 252 SpA/ 252 Atk / 4 Def is sort of like the template of basic EVing, but Smogon has some better spreads available for Metagross specifically (which is looking for something over several stats).

Beldum will keep all of its EVs through evolving and leveling up. Once you have all 510 EVs in place you can rare candy or grind up to level 100 and they won't be affected in any way.

PokeRus will double the EVs you gain after it adds in any item bonus.
    Geodude (1 Def) : (1+4)*2 = (5)*2 = 10 Defense EVs
    Sentret (1 Atk) : (1+4)*2 = (5)*2 = 10 Attack EVs
    Mareep (1 SpA) : (1+4)*2 = (5)*2 = 10 Sp. Atk EVs

Keep in mind you can faint any Pokémon that gives the desired EV. You can easily get 12 or 14 EVs per KO if you find the right places to train in HG/SS.

With vitamins you'll get the first +100 right off the bat. If you're going to stick to a 252/252/4 spread then you'll have to faint 15 Sentrets/Mareeps (+150 in Atk and SpA = +250 in Atk and SpA respectively) and then 1 without any held item (+2 with PokeRus = +252 in Atk and SpA respectively). For the 4 in Defense you would have to faint 2 Geodudes, and then the last two points can be put wherever (though you'll probably end up with a +6 in your last spot).

ok thanks for the advice but i dont get the feint thing, and 225 and 225 = 450 + 60 = 510 so yea my math was correct and i didnt like the builds on smogen and this is my first time EVing

:/ I wasn't saying your math was incorrect. Your math is correct. It's just unbalanced and there's going to be a lot of wasted effort because they won't equate to anything at level 100.

Max 510, 255 / stat. Must be divisible by 4 as, at level 100, 4 EVs = +1 in the stat.
Therefore, the max is 508 with 252 / stat.
255 / 4 = +56.25 in the stat. That rounds down to +56 in that stat.
    60 / 4 = +15 in the stat.
    255 + 255 + 60 = 510. As said, when EV training, the max is 508.
    256 + 256 = 512 and is impossible.
    252 + 252 = 504, leaving a remainder of 4.
    252 + 252 + 4 = 508, the max when training.

    THEREFORE

    252 / 4 = + 63 in Attack. +63 > +56
    252 / 4 = + 63 in Special Attack +63 > +56
    4 / 4 = + 1 in Defense. +1 < +15

If you absolutely positively want the spread you're going for, then:

    56 * 4 = 224 in Attack.
    56 * 4 = 224 in Special Attack.
    15 * 4 = 60 in Defense.
    224 + 224 + 60 = 508.
Again. 508 EVs is the total you need to reach to be done with your EV training. NOT 510.

I also don't know what you mean by "I don't get the feint thing."

you said something about feint KO which I didn't understand but i dont think it really matters!

Answered basically so going to close then. Any other questions, please ask them in the Help thread sticky at the top of the section. (Also the FAQ has at the bottom of the first post a list of places to ev train in hgss [and a link to an ev-training guide to boot]).
