6th Gen EV Training Through Horde Battles

Hello and good day!
X and Y introduced this new horde battle where we players abused it for EV training. :D
Anyway, with ORAS, we can still do that, but the question is where to get the proper horde battles.

I stumbled upon a site where they mentioned the location of these horde battles for specific stats for our EV training! ^^

Anyway... Here's the list.

Hit Points: Rusturf Tunnel - Whismur Horde
Attack: Mt. Pyre - Shuppet Horde
Defense: Route 111 Desert - Sandshrew Horde
Special Attack: Route 119 - Oddish Horde
Special Defense: Route 115 - Swablu Horde
Speed: Cave of Origin - Zubat Horde

Speed: Cave of Origin - Zubat Horde

Zigzagoon, Wingull, and Tailow hordes on Route 104 work too.

I do Spinda on 113 for Sp.Atk, because honestly, who wouldn't mind running into a horde of Skarmory?

do the pokemon training need to be the ones actually attacking and battling? or do they simply need to be in the party?
