Ok, I am -finally- at the E4 and I just lost to Lance's Dragonite (I am surprised I even GOT there). Can someone please tell me where the TM for Ice Beam is? Thanks!

if you have the vs seeker and a pokemon that can learn ice beam, you should be ok.

Skull Bash
Water Gun
Surf
Bite??

I'm leaning towards Water gun....a lot

Skull bash...one of the worst moves in the game.

Water gun, you already have Surf. Don't have two moves of the same kind if one is notably worse than the other.

Get an Articuno!It already have ICE BEAM on your attempt to capture it.
