[Sword & Shield] Event shiny Lunala not being allowed in raids?

Hey, so I'm trying to use the shiny Lunala from the October event in raids and it says "There is a problem with the Pokemon you've selected."

Here's all it's info:

Lunala, OT: Eclipse, ID: 100419
Ability: Shadow Shield
EVs: 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 SpD
IVs: HP best, Attack best, Defense best, SpA decent, Sp Def decent, Speed decent
Modest Nature, Capable of taking hits, Met in Alola from a fateful encounter
Moves: Moongeist Beam, Psyshock, Ice Beam, and Focus Blast

Any ideas?

I think some of the transfer-only pokemon are still not eligible for raids. There might be an update soon.
Another possibility is that the games thinks that Shiny Lunala specifically is illegal.

Geez... I really hope it's the former. I'll be mad if I'm labeled as a cheater because of an event mon.
