[Events] Events for Shinys

Hey, I'm back. Was just wondering if you had these shinies yet?

Duskull
Sableye
Drifloon
Yamask

I was asking because I have proposition for you. Those pokemon are actually pokemon that I have been breeding for my sister and I was originally just going to give them to her without asking for anything in return but just based on the sheer amount of time that I have spent hatching them I decided that I wanted to have copies for myself. So my proposal is that I lend them to you to clone for yourself and in exchange you could do me what will be the biggest favor and trade me back the original plus an extra copy of each, if that isn't too much trouble. I'm not asking for any of your pokemon in this exchange, just a copy back with original. I hope I'm not asking too much of you.

I'm also working on a Misdreavus and a Sentret and I will also be seeking clones of those for myself when I do manage to get them, if you're interested.

.......I love the fact you called it a proposition :D yeah sure I can do that, and I appreciate the offer, I'm free to trade when ever you are and I can have them back to you in 5 minutes :)

You're a life saver, thanks so much. I just need to trade my Duskull over to Y first and then I'll let you know when I'm ready. Just a quick question, when you trade your pokemon between games can you still change their nicknames when you have them back in the game where you originally obtained them? I'm asking because my sister requested these bizarre names for them and I'm not too sure I like them for my own, haha.

I believe as long as the cartridge there in has the same trainer ID as is registered to the Pokemon you should be able to change the nickname, when I clone them, can they have no nickname? or is that too much of a pain pain the butt

I've already traded Duskull over, lol, so I can change back the names of the other three but unfortunately Duskull will still have its nickname. It's not too bad of a name, I promise, that one was actually the best named of the bunch, haha.

So will you be keeping these pokemon in the stages they are in? Because if I change their names back to the original name it still counts as a nickname and I believe they will still be called that upon evolution.

I'll be cloning them to get one of each evolution, I gusse names don't matter too much, I'm only building a living shiny dex so they won't be traded anywhere

Since I will be able to change their names back to what I want once they are in my games, I can name them to your liking if you want. Something that can work with all evolutions and not be awkward. Have any requests for the three I can change?

Edit: Sableye doesn't matter since it doesn't have an evolution.

Well sableye won't evolve so that's find driftloon can stay driftloon and I'd like the Yamask to be called Imhotep, if you don't mind :)

Yeah, it's pretty nice isn't it? My sister did a good job naming that one. The Sableye was originally nicknamed Kay Jeweler, after the diamond seller, and the Drifloon was named the very uninspired "Blimp 2000" haha. She was very adamant about those nicknames, haha.
Weird taste has that girl.
