Welcome to the return of Meet & Greet's "Raise a Pokemon" intro thread! This thread will detail how VPP works and why this is a great place to start your PC journey! If you've been around for a while, you might recognize this as a light form of M&G previous "raise a Pokémon thread", which has since been merged with VPP proper.

What is VPP?

VPP stands for Virtual Pokemon Pet! This is a fun and interactive way to raise your own Pokemon by engaging with the forums. You can learn more about VPP by checking the section here.

Your VPP journey starts out by collecting an egg. Each egg will hatch after 15 posts to the Pokemon of your choosing. After a total of 175 posts, they will reach level 100! Once a Pokemon has been fully leveled, you're able to begin again with a new egg. Make sure to raise them all and don't forget to make a VPP Breeder Stat post!

The best way to accumulate posts as a new member is to extend your welcomes to fellow new members! One of these days, there may even be a special VPP perk in it for you!
