Ever encountered the Move "Struggle"?

I've read about it but never experienced it. I'm a little paranoid about my Pokémon running out of PP. I don't even like getting into the yellow numbers. I use the Pokécenter every time I go into a town and save all my Ethers and Elixers for the Elite 4.

The first time I found it, I was trying to beat the elite four with just my machamp :P

Only once, a few years back i was trying to finish the game (emerald) with just two pokes, i was on the peak where you fight Maxie, and his grunt got my Mighteyena in struggle mode
