These aren't very good reasons, but here they are:

1.When do horrible in the visual part of a contest, I realize that i did not save before the contest, so i had to go through the rest of the contests. and repeat over and over. i never learn.

2.I found a quagsire in the pastoria marsh. i threw 48973855736948739892832 mud balls and i threw a safari ball, but 3 shakes was the most that ball i can manage. i almost threw my ds on the floor.
Mudballs make the Pokemon stay longer, but harder to catch in D/P/Pl, which is the opposite of the last generation, which was easier to catch, but would make it run away faster, and you only have 30 balls, not 48973855736948739892832.

Whenever there's a lame pokemon in the great marsh like bibarel or wooper/quagsire that can easily be found in millions of other locations.

and you only have 30 balls, not 48973855736948739892832.

Mud balls. Balls of mud the character picks up from the floor and throws at the Pokémon.

Oh, new one. I didn't scream, but upon restarting my Emerald and fighting the standard level 2 Zigzagoon terrorizing Professor Outdoorsytree, I found out too late that it was actually holding an Oran Berry. > .> Cue a very unhappy Giratina.

I once ran into a shiny Abra, you can guess how that went. I remember I felt like tossing my DS across the seat (on a road trip) out of pure frustration. Why oh why did my first Shiny encounter have to be with an Abra?!

I've never really screamed at my DPPt games before, but I have gotten mad at it.

There has been one time once when I just wanted to save a lot of money throughout the game. I didn't have much pokéballs with me, and I was in the grass where really weak levelled pokémon were. I ran into a shiny Bidoof and could not catch it when I ran out of pokéballs, nor did my pokémon have any status effecting moves, and so I had to make it faint. I got a bit upset because I like to obtain shinies a lot, but I got over it quick.

Jeez, calm down. Seriously.

I once had a shiny Poochyena... IN THE BATTLE TOWER DDDDDD:

You can try to get one on route 214 in platinum and i think diamond, just use a pokeradar.

i've gotten at least 3 shiny pokemon from the battle factory, too bad we can't trade my pokemon for thier's.

did absolutely looooads, then i turned it off because i thaught i saved it lol
but it wasnt lol then :)

I groan more than scream.

Most of the Smeargle I hatch when batch breeding end up hatching female. Really annoying.

Voice Chat [ON]...

are you kidding? part of the fun of playing is to scream at your opponents. yeah i really get into the games... although i've never thrown my ds or gotten violent...

I played nonstop on my Platinum until Volkner, then I turned it off. I seriously thought i saved, but I just hit my trainer card button instead.

Ah yes, screaming in frustration >.< I screamed at my game when I encountered a Shiny Starly on my Pearl. I Absolutely HATE Starly, in some cases more so than Bidoof, because at least they can be used for HM Slaves! Also when my chain of 45 breaks by staravia, and a Garchomp wipes me out in the Battle tower. *sighs*

You are really starting to scare me, Victor. o_o

I almost screamed when Jupiter(or something like that her name was) killed all my pokemon at the Team Galactic HQ in eterna city

Oh yes, I scream at my games all the time.

Annoying wild pokemon, legendaries that REFUSE to be caught, important battles, gym matches, champion battles, pokemon that keep using Protect and wasting my time, double-teamers...I've screamed at just about everything that can happen in pokemon.

But, the one that that REALLY made me scream was that one time when I was playing my Sapphire version and I tried to load my save file and it said that my data was corrupted. I have like, 950-something hours on that game!! I didn't want to lose that save file! But it did let me reload my save file, and I was relieved after that...I was about to seriously come unglued.
