WHAT IS THIS ERROR CODE SUPPOSED TO MEAN!?!?!?!?

It means either the format you have for a pokemon's evolution is improper, or the evolution method in your pokemon.txt does not match an evolution method your compiler has

if your needing the other gen 6 evo methods i should be able to help you out aswell since i think i have them all included

what do the evoparams need to be changed to for the new methods?

i nva changed them from default just need to use the ids for things like types
