can u get pokemons with specific or almost specific IV's???

cuz ive been tryin to get a Tyrani-boah...
ive been bredin for a week...
but only got 3 31HP iv ones...
but with suckish SP STk... T_T
could u get me a good TYRANI-boah...
just a one with good Ivs...
i can take care of EV trainin... =]

IV breeding is a mather of luck especialy if you are aiming at getting 31 IV stats also ill have to know the nature you want that pokemon but i cant promise anything except that ill try as hard as i can

Also what will you offer for the pokemon
 
oh i have one and how about shiny evee espeon or squirtle

im interested in the shiny eevee also i can only trade on certain days cause the acces from my hause is dead so usualy i trade on mondays from 4 to 7 diring that time im on wifi the whole time so if you are willing to wait im up for it

IV's
HP:31 (ALWAYS 31)
ATT: 27-31
DEF: WHO CARES... >_>
S ATK: 28-31
S DEF: WHO CARES... >_>
SPEED: 22-31

i no this is kinda hard...

well i cant promise anything since i wont know how its ivs are going to be untill its around LV25 what i can do is LV up not save check iv and when i get one that is colse to what you want ill just restart the game to get it back yo LV 1

rigth now my playing time was severly reduced cauze of school but im trying my best to do every order as quick as posible so i hope i can have them for next monday wich is the day I can trade
