EVs for Starmie?

Yeah I know that there is 510 EVs but I am saying that the creators should have made them have 512!
 
We get THE POINT. You wish Nintendo would make it 512 max EVs so you could have ONE EXTRA POINT IN A STAT. Is one point worthing STRETCHING the page INTO HELL?

As for Starmie, the standard EV spread will work. Timid >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Modest.
 
Eh. I go 252 Sp. Atk, 216 Speed, 40 Hp. Gives it enough to outspeed Timid Gengar.
