This is my new set! Some of the art will be mine, but most won't be.

This set is based on 3 chronological timelines(chronicles) among Pokemon history.

001-015 - Chronicle 1: Rise of Darkness (2/15)
016-030 - Chronicle 2: Harbringers of Good & Evil (0/14)
031-40 - Chronicle 3: Shards of Destiny (0/9)

Art - 10/10. Okay, I give up. I'll give you 100% because I am your friend. Nah, I am giving you 100% because that is really kick arse artwork there. Suits perfectly.
Wording - 9/10. No wording conflicts, alignment is good. Although I do think there is a font issue. Gill Sans Size 10 - 17..Looks like Futura LT Medium to me, although I might be hallucinating again! lolwtf (Joking kiddies.) EDIT: I believe the width should be 96% and not at 100% or whatever it is on.
Creatvitiy - 10/10. Completely original. I applaud you.

Final Rating - 29/30.

Art - 10/10. Absolutely awesome. Effect matches the blank in the art. Very sexually appealing.
Wording - 9/10. No issues apart from the one I mentioned with Mewtwo. Just a graphical error with the width of the font.
Creatvitiy - 10/10 Lovely name for the attack, seems so..condemning. Well, the Power is good too, so you earn top marks. ^-^

Final Rating - 29/30.

And the wording! I know! Mines on 99%! I think 96 looked a bit skinny (refer to Judas EX) so I changed it a bit! Lol! Its Humanst! Not Futura! I'am not retarded!

Okay, Dark Lugia is possibly one of the most kickarse PKMN ever. Really, I might devote on of my EX sets to a complete Dark-mutant EX set. Anyway.

Dark Lugia~
Art - 10/10, looks fantastic. Appealing and blends with the whole concept image.
Wording - 8/10, argh bugger. Placement issues with the attacks, damage. Few pixels up and the damage text reminds me of the Neo generation. Bit smaller I think, like size 18 might be right. Can't exactly remember sorry.
Creatvitiy - 10/10, awesome original ideas. Congratulations.

Final Score - 28/30.

Yah. The attacks and effects and stuff seem to be a bit too low. Bring it up so the attack name is half way across the opacity-affected circle in the card and put it so that it has equal length.*
