2nd Gen EXPN. Card Please HELP!! STUCK!

    Hey guys
    I'm new
    I spoke to the Lavender town radio tower dude... after fixing the powerplant...and of course he said

    "Here take this, it's the EXPN card that lets you use your Pokegear Radio"

    The Problem is... the card never showed up in my inventory, and its not on my Pokegear.
    Essentially, I'm stuck and that Snorlax can't be stirred from its sleep.

    Is there something I missed? Is it a bug?

    HELP!

    Actually it's not an inventory item, it doesn't even appear in the pokégear. Try using the radio. If you get to hear radio station 20 (pokéflute) in Kanto, you got it without problems.
     
    Open the pokégear, it's one of the options. Unless you didn't get the radio card in the Radio Tower in Goldenrod. If you don't have it, go back there and get it.

    Not PokéNav, Went, PokéGear. Yes, get it at Goldenrod.
