Unless Colbie's Pokemon completely freaks out for some reason, I don't think there'll be a significant skirmish >.>
 
Inabikari won't. She's veeery well trained to do nothing unless she gets a command from her Mistress.

Maybe Everette could start it. Inabikari (holy hell, I think I spelled that right) could accidentally get too close or her tail might whip her and Everette would lash out.
 
Inabikari still wouldn't do anything. Colbie's intelligent, she wouldn't attack the president's Pokemon. Inabikari would snarl, but she wouldn't do anything drastic.
 
Ah well. Perhaps something can come of it later. I want to prove just how lovely a Raticate can be in battle.
