Anyways if humanity doesn't kill itself by the time the universe dies(billions of years?, trillions of years?, possibly not an amount of time but a distance!!! who knows?) then it will have evolved into a completely new form that will most likely no longer be referred to as humans or humanity... unless of course we get a parallel of the Rp and the Universe ends with clones still genetically identical to humans
 
My controversial theory: Even if there is a God in the Christian sense, the Big Bang theory and evolution may not be the answer as to why, but how. God and evolution can exist hand in hand. After all, the bible was written thousands and thousands of years before anyone truly intelligent existed. They didn't know anything. No physics, chemistry, arithmetic, or any real biology. We know more now and are better able to understand why the universe works the way it does, we just don't want to because of the words in a book so ancient, it hardly applies to modern life, except for where is convenient.

I probably just offended at least four people. =]

I completly agree. But I dissagree with Humans evolving from monkeys or fish or something else. I think that somthing (non alien related) happened to how we got here. (So, I agree for the most part.)

Sadly, the religious freaks leave a bad taste in my mouth. I've never had a good experience with the Christian religion. Catholics, yes. Jewish people, yes. Atheists, yes.

Christians, no. Satanists, no. Wiccans, no.

Of course, as I believe one should tolerate others who aren't hurting anyone even if they don't like what they're doing, whoever can be whatever they want, as long as they don't try to change me or my life in any way from it.

The next person who tells me I need to find Jesus is going to be dismembered.

You can find Jesus when/ if you feel like it. Openess is the best policy, don't rush peole or be anoying. My atheist freind is funny though.

They're somewhat different. Where I go to school, there are minor Christians, super Christians, tolerable Catholics, I-can't-use-birth-control-but-I-can-get-pregnant Catholics, trend following Wiccans, Atheists, uber rebel Satanists, aaaand the bi chic girls.

Where I come from we have tons of Mexicans, and a little bit of white people. All the African Americans travel in groups, and theres not alot of thems either. Oh, and we also have a small pop of Aisans! I seem to be the only person consernd with religion though XD (plus the people who go to my church, and this one kind who likes my church. and my atheist freind and the agnostic one.) So, the only religios people in my area are my religion, or one of the a-words. (That anyone talks about. Most of the Mexicans are Chatholic, but they dont talk about it. My freinds talk about this stuff when we get boared at lunch, and make fun of me a bit)
 
Mexicans are the majority here. Cockfighting runs rampant, chickens and stray dogs have the run of the street out the outskirts of the city, and there's a high conflict of religion and culture. Also, everyone is a stoner.

Nooope. Texas. The cockfighting is disorganized and low class, and everyone thinks pit bulls are the baddest dogs ever. Which they aren't. They're sweet, loyal, and well muscled. They're fairly pacifistic, and only aggressive when trained to be so. But people here are too stupid to realize that.

Not only that, but some people don't even know what spaying and neutering is.

EVERYTHING has to be printed in Spanish and English so that everyone can read it. I can't converse with one of the women I work with because she speaks only Spanish. I speak none; I think it's an awkward, unflattering language and elected to learn Latin instead due to my desire to become a veterinarian.

And at the school I go to, people who participate in the Christian club post bible verses all over the place. We have high populations of both bible thumpers and gay kids. The latter are more fun.
 
I live in Maryland, there are lots of fights and we went thru 2 Jesus for a school play when one got caught having a *something* in the dressing room and another for punching a chick.
I barely register skin color or ethnicity anymore, african americans make up a majority at my school. Everyone gets along better then you'd expect although there are still a lot of fights...
Anyways religion is fine, i'll act like it isn't a big deal if someone brings it up but I have absolutely no faith whatsoever.
I prefer the scientific method because it seems to make a lot of sense, excpet for some of the theoretical stuff but that mostly goes towards quantum mechanics and what is in a black hole...

I should probably shut up before I say something stupid

*sheds tear* You speak my mind to closely... *Starts clapping* Sooooo, that Arizona bill....

Zam, blackholes are just REALY dense. They suck up EVERYTHING, and crush it and grow denser. It is NOT a portal to another demension, you'd just get crushed.
 
There is speculation about what happens in a black hole, some say time stops, some say it circles back around on itself, some say that there is a singularity of infinite density(wait a sec...*checks back a few post*... this sounds very similiar to what scientist expect everything to have been like before[or is it at the same instant since time didn't actually exist before the big bang?] of the big bang).
Anyways I spent 2 hours reading the black hol article on Wiki, and i'm still pretty confused and only skimmed it, to really get the full blast of knowledge I would probably have to read it carefull checking all side articles as I go which would probably take a good day to do...

Think of this. You have a sink. The drain in it is your black hole. Water and food and what ever else you want flows into the drain, and goes poof. (you have the garbage desposal on too) It just goes away, down the hole. But here is where it changes. Black holes destroy matter by cruching it like a trash compacter.
 
Ahhhh, but that is a misconception... Black holes do not destroy matter, they just condense it into an infinitely dense ball of matter!!! which is given off as Hawking radiation although the Black hole is normally taking in my matter and energy(espicially cosmic background radiation) then is given off as Hawking radiation

I doubt that. I watched this thing on the big bang, and how this stuff was sooo unfatumable ohhhh. I understood it all, and I thought it was cool. I think that some scientist had trouble understanding it though :P

They intentionally make Tv specials extremely simple because making people confused will make people angry will make people revolt and so on. The internet has the luxury of not having the people revolt bit so it can be as detailed, and complicated as it wants with no fear of retaliation.

... no. The science chanelle does not care about your sanity. Aparently some chick in Harvard already had light travel through these clouds, and it slowed down, then left the cloud, was still slow, then paused, then was still slow, then hit a secound cloud, a laser hits that, and the light speeds back up. ... wtf?

Science chanelle gets alot of its veiws by confusing people.
